POLICY

NO REFUNDS | NO EXCEPTIONS | NO CANCELLATIONS.
Exchange store credit only. Items purchased from ENVY STYLEZ BOUTIQUE are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

CONDITIONS


Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE- May not be returned

TOPS AND DRESSES- Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted .

RETURNS

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit is issued, then you will receive a confirmation email. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility.
